Return to Sender Technology is based on simple GPS Digital Coordinates in any Mobile Device. Tracking devices are not new technology, so when some asshole launches a BOMB, instead of an “Iron Dome” style defense reaction, we would ‘detect launch’, and readjust the digital coordinates of the BOMBS positioning system GPS to REVERSE to POINT of ORIGIN or RETURN TO SENDER, so the BOMB is returned to the original ASSHOLE OWNER, as a firm and final SOLUTION. Seems it would discourage bad behavior  not to LOB Bombs at your neighbors?
